Preschool VBS

From 9 am - noon
Children aged 3 by Jan. 1st, 2025, up to rising Kindergarten and potty trained
$15 includes 1 t-shirt, snacks, crafts, and, of course fun.
Drop Off: Children will be walked into the church and dropped off in their assigned classroom each day.
Pick Up: You will park and bring your child's name placard (provided with their t-shirt) inside the church and your child(ren) will be called to come to you.
More specific information will be sent to you in a VBS Confirmation email, once you have registered your child(ren). This will include a downloadable Preschool-VBS Traffic Flow & Parking Map.

Elementary VBS (1st - 3rd)

From 9 am - noon
Rising first through rising third graders
$15 includes 1 t-shirt, snacks, crafts, and of course fun.
Drop off/Pick up: Children will be dropped off and picked up through the carpool line in the front of the church. You will receive a printed map of the carpool line with your child’s t-shirt, as well as a name placard for your car dashboard.
Once you have registered your child(ren), more specific information will be emailed to you in a VBS Confirmation email, to include a downloadable ELEMENTARY – VBS Traffic Flow Map.

Xtreme VBS (4th & 5th)

Something a little XTRA for the older elementary kids!
From 9 am - 3 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am - noon Friday
Rising fourth & fifth graders
$50 includes 1 t-shirt, snacks, crafts, and Xtra fun. Lunch is also provided Monday and Thursday. Please bring a lunch from home on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Bridge VBS (Rising 6th)

A special week during VBS for our rising 6th graders only. It is a time to help transition them into the Student Ministries here at NEPC.
From 9 am - 3 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am - noon Friday
Rising sixth graders
$75 includes 1 t-shirt, snacks, and offsite activities. Lunch is also provided Monday and Thursday. Please bring a lunch from home on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Drop off/Pick up: Children will be dropped off and picked up through the carpool line in the front of the church. You will receive a printed map of the carpool line with your child’s t-shirt, as well as a name placard for your car dashboard.
Once you have registered your child(ren), more specific information will be emailed to you in a VBS Confirmation email, to include a schedule and a downloadable ELEMENTARY – VBS Traffic Flow Map.
The Bridge children must also complete a NEPC Student Ministries Release Form. Click the link or look for it in the confirmation email once you've registered.

T-shirts are mandatory!

For safety reasons, VBS T-shirts are mandatory for all children AND volunteers participating in NEPC VBS. The last day to register to make sure you have a VBS t-shirt on the first day is June 11th, 2025. T-shirt pick-up day is June 22nd in the Atrium at NEPC. If you are unable to pick up your child’s t-shirt that day, you will need to park on the first day and walk your child in.

Consent for Treatment is Required

When you register your child for VBS, you consent to NEPC staff providing medical treatment to your child in an emergency and give permission for the NEPC VBS staff to secure and administer (including transportation and hospitalization) emergency medical treatment for your child.

Consent for Use of Photography is Required

When you register your child for VBS, you permit Northeast Presbyterian Church to use photographs taken at the event for promotional purposes within the church and on printed and electronic media.

VOLUNTEER

Want to Serve During VBS?

We have a place for you! When you register, you will have the option to select the ages and areas in which you are interested in volunteering. Rising 7th graders and up can volunteer for VBS. Even if you can't make it the whole week, you can still serve on the days you are available.

Volunteers ages 18 and over MUST have a current (within the last 2 years) Background Check and Child Protection Policy on file with the NEPC church office. You will be emailed a notification that contains a link to click if you require an updated Background Check.
ALL volunteers must wear NEPC Volunteer t-shirts each day. If you do not already have a Next Gen Volunteer Shirt, you'll have the opportunity to order one when you register.
If you would like to volunteer, but have children under the age of three, we offer a special VBS nursery just for you. This option is also on the Volunteer registration.

ALL Volunteers must register, whether you're serving one day or all week!
