Sign up to pray during the weekend prayer vigil. We will have giant prayer wheels posted so the participants can see that there are people continuously praying for them during the weekend. Your name will also be added to a colorful paper prayer chain that will be wrapped around the community room as another visible sign of God's love during the weekend.

What to pray for:

-That the team will be unified and show Christ's love to the participants.
- That the participants are open to the expression of Christ's love toward them.
- That the words heard in the talks and Chapel Meditations will touch the participants in such a way that they understand Go'd longing for a relationship with them.
- That even the hardest heart would soften as they hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
- That the participants will be hungry to learn more about Christ through prayer and share groups.

Donate individually packaged cookies and snacks. Each of the four days we are at the prison, we will be giving a bag of cookies and salty snacks, with a scripture, to EVERY resident and officer in the facility as a tangible sign of God love for all. That is about 750 bags per day, 3000 bags total!

Snack List

Feeling creative or have some creative kids? Decorate a poster or paper placemats to brighten up the community room during the weekend with colorful pictures and encouraging words or Bible verses. You can use poster board, blank paper placemats or plain copy paper. Please use only markers, crayons, or colored pencils. No paint, stickers, glue or glitter. 

Share a few words of scripture or encouragement. During a very special moment in the weekend every participant will receive a gift bag full of cards and letters from members of our team, fellow residents who are already part of the Kairos community and loving strangers like yourself. For some, this may be the only "Mail" they receive in prison. Please address your notecards or letters to "Sister in Christ" and place them in an UNsealed blank envelope.
