Worship is a way of life that takes place not just at 11:00 on Sunday morning, but every other hour of the week (John 4:20-24). Through this “Call to Worship,” we want to share some thoughts about worship, scripture verses, hymns, and songs to teach and encourage you as you seek His face daily and then hopefully together with us on Sunday!

Palm Sunday Holy Week Cantata - A Time for Alleluia

Click to listen to the cantata “A Time For Alleluia” by Joseph Martin

From the pens of Joseph and Pamela Martin, we are encouraged to worship in song as the Chancel Choir and Celebration Orchestra share the musical presentation of “A Time for Alleluia,” seasons in the life of Christ.

For everything there is a season…and a time for every purpose under heaven.

And so it was that the One who held the very hands of time chose to release His grip on eternity and become obedient to the season of human existence.

As you contemplate the seasons of Christ’s life through this work, may you gain clarity and peace for your own journey of faith. May this timeless message of redemption be a source of renewal and illumination – conveyed through voices ministering comfort and joy.

For everything, there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven. As we celebrate life in Christ, may we all discover our purpose as instruments of praise!
