THE LONELINESS EPIDEMIC

Studies show that chronic loneliness is as bad for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. In the 1920s, about 5% of Americans lived alone. As of 2013, 27% of Americans now live alone. God made us to be social, and whether you are lonely or not, someone you know is. We address the loneliness epidemic head on, giving practical advice, and challenging Christians to help bring community to our increasingly lonely culture. The church should be a place for lonely people. How is your church doing?
